Budding
Nothing extra-ordinary about this shot. At first I did not know what it was...later found out this was actually a budding pine cone.
Finally!!! a long weekend after a long time! I will be gone for a few days and hoping to get back with some shots that SPEAK!!!

Ah yes...a common sight in my neck of the woods (pun intended!) A very nice shot...I can almost smell it!
